Contact Lenses
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return or exchange contact lenses within 90 days of your order—as long as the boxes are still sealed, in good shape, and unmarked.
Glasses
Not quite loving your new glasses? We’ve got you covered. You have 90 days to return or exchange them. This includes one free frame swap or help with any issues like adjusting to your new lenses—whether it’s the prescription, fit, coating, or lens type. Just a heads-up: this doesn’t apply if your glasses have already been remade or exchanged once.
Warranty
All our frames and lenses come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects, coating problems, and small scratches. Need a quick fix? We offer free adjustments and basic repairs anytime. If parts need replacing, there might be a small fee.
